Please allow 2-3 business days for your Black on the Block merch to ship out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as it is on the way to you.

If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. USPS will allow you to file a claim.

If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery. Black on the Block is not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages if the address provided matches with the address we have shipped your order to. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped, stolen/lost packages are nonrefundable.
